Reservations

Casa Del Perro is a small beachfront property with limited availability. Reservations are confirmed once a valid payment method is received and the required deposit or payment has been processed.

Rates vary by season, room type, availability, holidays, and length of stay. Taxes, fees, and optional add-ons may apply.

Payment

For single-room reservations, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

For multiple-room reservations and private buyouts, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance will be charged prior to arrival according to the terms shown at checkout or in your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Because Casa Del Perro is an intimate property with a limited number of rooms, cancellations affect availability in a meaningful way.

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:

• Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows, early departures, and unused nights are non-refundable.

Certain promotional rates, holiday stays, private buyouts, group reservations, and special packages may have separate cancellation terms. Those terms will be shown at the time of booking and will take priority over the standard policy.

Changes to Your Stay

Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences. Requests to shorten a stay within the cancellation window may be treated as a partial cancellation.

We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, but changes are not guaranteed once a reservation is confirmed.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

Minimum Stay

All reservations have a minimum stay requirement.

Minimum stay requirements may be longer during weekends, holidays, peak travel periods, private events, high-demand dates, and private buyouts.

Registered Guests

Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms and overnight areas. Visitors may be allowed with prior approval from Casa Del Perro.

To preserve the quiet and private nature of the property, parties, outside gatherings, and unapproved events are not permitted.

Children

Casa Del Perro is designed as a quiet, design-forward beachfront stay for adults.

Children are not permitted for individual room reservations.

Children may be allowed only for approved private buyouts and must be included in the reservation. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, beach, stairs, and outdoor areas.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Certified service animals will be accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Guests traveling with a service animal should contact us before arrival so we can prepare appropriately.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors, including inside guest rooms, bathrooms, enclosed common areas, or any interior space.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please be respectful of other guests, open doors and windows, outdoor furniture, and natural areas.

A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking indoors. Additional charges may apply for smoke-related damage or excessive cleaning.

Quiet Hours

To protect the relaxed nature of the property, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please be mindful of other guests, nearby homes, and the natural setting.

Pool, Hot Tub, Beach, and Outdoor Areas

Guests use the pool, hot tub, beach, and outdoor areas at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

Please use care around wet surfaces, stairs, ocean conditions, wildlife, plants, and natural terrain. Glass is not permitted in the pool or hot tub areas.

Beach and ocean conditions can change quickly. Swimming, surfing, and beach activities are at each guest’s own risk.

Property Care and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations caused during their stay.

A valid payment method may be kept on file and charged for damages, replacement costs, smoking fees, extra cleaning, or unauthorized guests or pets.

Personal Belongings

Casa Del Perro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure and notify us promptly if you believe something has been left behind.

Weather and Travel Delays

Casa Del Perro is located in a coastal environment where weather, road conditions, flights, and regional services can occasionally be unpredictable.

Weather events, flight delays, transportation issues, illness, or changes in personal plans do not waive the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection.

Seasonal Closure

Casa Del Perro may close seasonally or during select maintenance periods. Seasonal closures, including hurricane season closures, are reflected in booking availability.

Privacy

Guest information is used to manage reservations, communicate about stays, process payments, and improve the guest experience. We do not sell guest personal information.

Payment information is handled through secure third-party booking and payment providers.
